Добрый день! Общался сейчас с Вашим сотрудником Генерозовой Натальей, нам в неприятной и категорической форме было отказано в ремонте загородного дома под ключ на расстоянии 80 км. от МКАД с предоставлением готового жилья. Примите меры. Научите Вашего сотрудника искать компромиссы, либо отказывать в вежливой форме.

Отказ от ремонта загородного дома был обусловлен конкретными аргументами: в работу берутся объекты на расстоянии, не превышающем 30 км от Мкада (в вашем случае расстояние составляет 80 км). Это необходимо для того, чтобы прораб минимум 2-3 раза в неделю присутствовал на объекте для контроля за качеством выполненных работ. Это условие является обязательным, поскольку мы даем гарантии на свои работы, а отклонения от стандартов качества являются недопустимыми. Хотелось бы отметить, что наш персонал - это основная ценность компании, поэтому у нас не существует текучки, Наталья Генерозова работает в компании более 4 лет, за весь период работы - Ваша жалоба первая. Что касается обращения непосредственно к руководству, на нашем сайте специально для таких случаев есть форма «написать генеральному директору» - она создана для клиентов. В любом случае мы сожалеем, что не можем взять Ваш объект в работу.
