Очень непрофессиональный административный состав Достоинства: хороший мастер Галина Недостатки: Администрация не решает возникшие проблемы Сначала не хотела писать отзыв, тратить свое время, но потом все-таки решила, чтобы другие клиенты понимали, с чем могут столкнуться. Делала коррекцию ногтей в этом салоне в течении нескольких лет. Всегда оставляла мастерам на чай. Но, как говориться, вовремя надо менять салон. Последний раз, когда я пришла в салон на коррекцию, меня попросили подождать полчаса, объяснив, что мастер задерживается. Я вошла в положение и терпеливо ждала. Мастер Кристина сделала коррекцию и я ушла. Дома обнаружила, что два ногтя другой формы, чем остальные. Я позвонила в салон, объяснила администратору проблему и попросила уточнить время, во сколько мне подойти, чтобы доделать недочеты, объяснив, что я завтра улетаю и мне срочно нужно доделать ногти. Администратор предложила подойти к 19.00, сказав, что у мастера будет время. Придя к 19.00, мне пришлось ждать 15 минут, пока я села к мастеру. Посмотрев ногти, Кристина сказала, что ей нужно заново переделывать эти ногти и у нее сейчас нет времени (ее ждет новый клиент). Я ей заметила, что я так же ждала полчаса и это ее недочет и что я завтра улетаю и не смогу придти. На что мне ответили, что переделывать сегодня она ничего не будет. Администратор решить проблему даже не попыталась. Мне пришлось забрать деньги и в 20.00 искать другой салон, чтобы переделать ногти (а нужно было переделывать все ногти, потому, что цвет геля было не подобрать). Через несколько месяцев, я позвонила в салон, чтобы записаться к другому мастеру. Мне объявили, что меня больше не будут обслуживать в этом салоне. Администрация этого салона ведет себя очень недальновидно. Я, естественно, нашла новый салон, где понимают, что за свои деньги клиент должен получить соответствующее обслуживание и качество работы. А салон «Кисти» потерял клиента.
