Весьма невежливая продавец (скорее всего это хозяйка магазина). Хамит очень часто, огрызается (видимо, зависит от настроения). К сожалению, на хорошее настроение продавца я попадала один раз из многих посещений. Периодически захожу в этот магазин, т.к. альтернативы розничной и быстрой покупки пигментов для смолы не нашла в Екатеринбурге, но, надеюсь, что это не надолго. Если есть возможность заказывать через интернет у других поставщиков - рекомендую так делать, чтобы не портить себе настроение посещением данного магазина.

02.08.2019 Обратился в данную организацию с целью приобретения эпоксидной смолы для заливки столешницы из деревянных слэбов. При заливке обнаружилось что консультант магазина не верно произвёл расчёт объема смолы, ошибся на 6 литров). Ну это полбеды. Когда мы докупили по его рекомендации смолу другого производителя, она оказалась ненадлежащего качества-отслоилась и даже по истечении всех сроков выдержки осталась гибкая и не пригодная для дальнейшей обработки . При обращении к продавцу с разъяснением причин недостатка товара мне пояснили что мы не соблюли технологию, хотя технологию трудно нарушить ( смешивай комплект А с компонентом Б в исходных пропорциях ) Я порекомендовал продавцу обратится к поставщику данной смолы с претензией на качество товара, на что в ответ получил лишь рекомендацию сделать экспертизу за мой счёт и идти в суд за правдой. Подводя итог сей эпопеи крайне не рекомендую обращаться в данную организацию ввиду полной некомпетентности торгующего там «специалиста» PS а до суда мы дойдём и докажем что с клиентами нельзя так общаться

Александр, здравствуйте, благодарим Вас за отзыв. Технология действительно была нарушена, данная смола подогревается при литье на тонком слое (проговаривалось и указано в инструкции). Изначально мы рассчитывали вам больший объём смолы, Вы со своей стороны посчитали и закупили меньший объём. Когда Вы докупали смолу, вам сделали хорошую скидку. Инициатором проведения экспертизы были Вы, мы со своей стороны залили эту же смолу и отправили вам полный отчёт о ее застывании.
