Заказал нож Нож Cold Steel Bushman 95BUSK , на сайте написано, что отличный снаряд для метания (выглядт на первый взгляд крепким), но нож сломался у основания рукояти при рубке ветки примерно в 5см диаметром. Будьте внимательны! На сайте я не нашел как вернуть деньги или поменять товар, связался через почту с ними и мне написали что они свяжутся с производителем по данной проблеме и все.

С Ваших слов, Вы насадили нож на древко и рубили им ветки, производитель не признал данный случай гарантийным. Любой нож можно сломать, если использовать его не по прямому назначению

Сделал заказ и буквально через несколько минут мне перезвонил менеджер для дальнейшего согласования. Уже на следующий день заказ был доставлен. Магазином остался доволен. Спасибо ! Рекомендую.

Купил нож Bushman 95busk, заказ №ars-232875, лопнул со второго удара об ветку примерн в 5 см диаметром, продавец написал по почте что свяжутся по этому поводу с производителем в течении недели, но уже больше месяца тишина, на телефон 1 раз мне ответили и сбросили после слов что я по поводу брака, и больше трубку не берут.
