Как клиент этого холдинга-полностью удовлетворена уровнем обслуживания и качеством предоставляемых услуг...менеджеры приветливые, отзывчивые, все расскажут и покажут...сроки готовности соблюдаются, с доставкой проблем нет

Отвратительное обслуживание и в торговом зале и по телефону. Оставляла заявку и на сайте и приезжала сама. Больше месяца не могу добиться записи на замер, чтобы купить сайдинг. Хамят и рекомендуют обратиться в другую фирму, т.к. замерщик в отпуске. Боги продаж!

Был здесь два раза, первый раз оттолкнуло пренебрежительное отношение(отказался от покупки в данном месте). Прошло пару лет, на днях заехал об считать кровлю и столкнулся с тем же самым отношением. Уехал, понял что ни чего не изменилось. Менеджеров по продажам научите общаться вежливо и приветливо.
