Оформляла заказ на четыре аромата. Два раза пришлось менять состав заказа из-за отсутствия товара(хотя на сайте позиции были в наличии). Во время подтверждения заказа по телефону менеджер меня ЗАВЕРИЛА, что я могу ПОСЛЕ ПОКУПКИ вернуть аромат, если он мне НЕ ПОНРАВИТСЯ. Я и решила воспользоваться озвученным предложением и сообщила о возврате одного аромата(на флаконе нет названия, флакон с браком, аромат далёк от оригинала). ПисАла, звонила, заказывала обратные звонки - безответно! На четвёртый день ожидания мне отказали в возврате, ссылаясь на информацию с сайта. Я думаю, что магазин, дорожащий своей репутацией и уважающий своих покупателей, в подобной ситуации принял бы возврат. Тем более, что условия возврата, прописанные на сайте, трактуются НЕОДНОЗНАЧНО. Если есть различные варианты возврата, то они должны перечисляться по пунктам(1...2...3 или а...б...в) во избежании разночтений. Считаю, что менеджер по телефону специально вводит в заблуждение покупателей, лишь бы купили товар.

Дополнение: мой отзыв три раза удаляли с сайта магазина; после размещения отзыва в группе ВК меня включили в "чёрный список" и также удалили отзыв.

а мне Аромагуд понравился .Покупала мужу Ланком Гипноз и Крид Айриш твид запахи такие же как у оригиналов Себе покупала 4 флакона .Вобщем так , если покупать для себя а не в подарок то очень даже хорошо!!
