Покупал подарок на 8 марта своей девушке. Это было колье от Пандоры. Начал оформлять заказ, в поле доставка было написано, что 7 марта я получу свой заказ курьером(заказ оформлял 5 марта), если выберу компанию ДПД. 7 марта приходит письмо от ДПД, что ваш заказ забрали с Пандоры, и 8 числа вам привезем. Естественно мне это не понравилось(говорили 7 числа привезут), я начал звонить в ДПД. Письмо мне прислали около 20:00, рабочее время у них до 19:00. То есть они специально отправили после рабочего дня, чтобы не выслушивать претензии от клиентов. Соответсвенно я в трубке слышу сообщение от робота, что наберите нас в рабочее время. Ладно, 8 еще не критично, можно подвинуться по своим планам и получить подарок. 8 числа(сегодня) получаю смс, что сегодня у нас не получится доставить товар, привезем 9( ПРОСТО О**ЕННО! ). Вот такой вот клиентоориентированный бизнес делают у нас в России. Причем я сразу вспомнил, что в один из прошлых заказов была примерно та же самая ситуация... Будь это не праздники или не дни рождения, а просто заказ - я бы даже не обратил на это внимание, но ребят, если вы указываете дату 7 числа(я хз, в пандоре дело или в самой ДПД, но почему то уверен, что пандора подгружает данные с сайта ДПД)- будьте добры исполнять то, о чем говорите. Со своей стороны больше никогда не буду делать доставку через данную компанию. Я лучше закажу другую подороже, чем снова получу свою покупку тогда, когда это уже будет не актуально... Спасибо за испорченный праздник. Надеюсь этот отзыв отобьет у читателей желание сотрудничать с данной компанией, и она рано или поздно обанкротится. Всего плохого.

Через службу ДПД заказывал доставку достаточно дорогостоящей вещи. Сначала немного беспокоился, что могут потерять или еще что-нибудь. На деле все вышло хорошо, доставили вовремя, посылку не повредили. Буду продолжать пользоваться услугами данной компании.
