Я тоже повелся на низкую цену на их сайте armatura-opt24. А теперь оказывается и сайт у них не один, и даже юридических лиц несколько. Мне не привезли вообще ничего, поэтому куда я с этой платежкой теперь пойду - не знаю, но нужно что-то делать, таких мошенников нужно прищучивать

Через платежку можно найти того кто получал деньги, а на него уже писать жалобу. Или еще проще, раз юрлица известны, то посмотреть чьи реквизиты указаны в платежке. Дальше дело техники. У вас случай ясный, любой суд примет. У моего знакомого было хуже, тоже покупал с сайта, metall-gr.ru, так ему привезли… меньше чем ползаказа, а в документах прописали все количество. Я уже с ним вместе всю голову сломала, как теперь с них обратно деньги получить.

Да никак вы с них не получите. Наверняка уже и юрлицо сменили, раз такие прошаренные. хотя, попробуйте. Кто там у них указан? Элит Вуд или Стилтрейд? Или, может, Синтез? Такое юрлицо у них тоже есть.

А я думал, что я один такой доверчивый и что сайт такой один единственный - metall-com.ru. И та же петрушка, недовоз, пересортица, арматура разной длины и даже разного диаметра. Видимо, всю некондицию со всех баз пособирали. И раз уж все взялись все всех предупреждать, называются они «Металлургическая компания». И сайтывсе просмотрел, что тут назвали, точно, как под копирку, разница в цвете и чуть есть в порядке размещения инфы. Не удивлюсь, если это одна та же компашка.

так вы гляньте по интернету - сплошное кидалово - такие сайты - прям один в один по всему интернету раскиданы, я подозреваю, что принадлежат они одной и той же шаражке

Почти гарантированно одна, как вы выразились, шарашка. Хот и несколько юрлиц у них. Парочку даже по названиям знаю. ООО «Синтез», ООО «Элитвуд». Не знаю, все ли, возможно, что ещё есть.
