Добрый день, покупал рулевые тяги и ремень генератора на Civic у этих ребят... Решил сам не заморачиваться, а обратиться к "профессионалам", сервис удобный, списался с менеджером, кинул вин, подобрали,через день привезли, но так получилось что с ремонтом авто отсрочили..... Когда пришло время до ремонта, оказалось что ремень и тяги не подходят.... время прошло значительно больше чем 14 дней, товар не принимают обратно сказав: "Возврат качественного товара после 14 дней невозможен", самое главное хотел заказать и колодки у них, но к великому счастью у них их не было)))..... Подобрал сам на известном сервисе на букву "E", в итоге только они и подошли XD

Здравствуйте! Очень жаль что они не подошли, но это запчасти, такое по ряду некоторых причин иногда но случается. Наша компания весьма лояльна к клиентам в отношении возвратов и обменов, но детали Вам продали 22 февраля, соответственно прошло конечно же больше 14 дней. В соответствии со ст. 25 Закона «О защите прав потребителя»: 1. Потребитель вправе обменять непродовольственный товар надлежащего качества на аналогичный товар у продавца, у которого этот товар был приобретен, если указанный товар не подошел по форме, габаритам, фасону, расцветке, размеру или комплектации. Потребитель имеет право на обмен непродовольственного товара надлежащего качества в течение четырнадцати дней, не считая дня его покупки. Вот поэтому то возврат и не может быть возможен.
