Много лет заходил в магазин ООО «Ариэль», что находится на Новочеркасском бульваре, 10, стр. 1, за кормом своему коту. И все как будто хорошо и продавцы внимательные и ассортимент большой, но при покупке ошейника «Форесто» столкнулся с откровенным обманом: дело в том, что ошейник «Форесто» действует 8 месяцев после вскрытия упаковки, если эти 8 месяцев попадают в три года годности препаратов, которыми обработан ошейник, что выяснил уже дома при изучении инструкции. В момент покупки продавщица за верила, что ошейник будет защищать моего питомца в течении 8 месяцев. Придя в магазин с желанием поменять ошейник столкнулся наглым отказом и ссылкой на письмо фирмы Bayer, в котором якобы говориться, что не надо верить инструкции на обороте упаковки, а надо верить продавцу. Письмо для ознакомления в руки мне не дали. Вот такая ложка дёгтя в работу магазина. Придется искать другой. – показать

Никакого откровенного обмана в нашем Зооцентре не происходит. Вы можете обратиться к производителю, где получите полную информацию о продукте. На упаковке указан срок, до которого необходимо вскрыть упаковку и одеть ошейник на животное. После чего он будет защищать ваше животное в срок указанный в инструкции. Если следовать Вашей логике, ошейник продавать нельзя за 8 месяцев до окончания срока годности. Очень жаль, что не разобравшись в данном вопросе, Вы обвиняете продавцов-консультантов. Письм о от кампании Байер прилагаем. – показать
