Обманули, вызвали на меня полицию Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Украли деньги с карты Арендовал авто в неаполе. Дали не тот автомобиль. Контракт не заключили со мной, а дали просто ключи. По возврату автомобиля потребовали ещё 194 евро, мол это прописано в договоре. Я попросил договор. Они его не нашли :) и вызвали на меня полицию

Немного мухлюют Достоинства: не было очереди. Размер машины соответствовал заказанной Недостатки: мухлюют. В итоге цена не ниже чем у остальных Брал в аренду 9-ти местный микроавтобус с 29 декабря по 10 января в Мюнхене Мухлёж №1: При оформлении оператор, по сути, навязал опцию Fuel Up Front Option. Суть ее в том, что вы можете возвращать машину с пустым баком (это я уж потом выяснил). Он же мне её описал как депозит за топливо, который мне вернут, если я верну машину с полным баком. Так вышло, что на обратном пути застряли в глухой пробке и времени на дозаправку уже не оставалось. Я наивно предположил, что с меня спишут только дозаправку до полного бака. Однако списали тот депозит в полном объеме. В правилах вычитал, что Fuel Up Front Option подразумевает возврат средств, если в баке такое же или большее количество топлива, что было в начале аренды (у меня был полный бак). Если меньше, то ничего не возвращают. Без этой "опции" я бы просто мог доплатить дозаправку по вполне разумной цене (1,3 евро за литр). Мухлёж №2: При оформлении оценочная стоимость аренды (вместе с опциями) была 1729 евро. Однако по возвращении домой обнаружил, что списали 1855 (+126 евро). Во время аренды никаких проблем не было. В customer service спокойно так, без пояснений почему так вышло, сказали "ОК, мы вернем вам эту разницу на карту". Типа, на дурачка, авось не заметит клиент!
