Нужно было ввести нового участника в организации с увеличением уставного капитала. Своего юриста в штате нет. Обратились в Арбитр, так как юридическое бюро расположено недалеко от нашей фирмы. Стоимость услуги такая же как указана на официальном сайте, чуть больше 20 тысяч. Заказали услугу, подали документы, подписали и заверили у нотариуса, через несколько дней получили готовые документы. Спасибо за оперативность и доступность.

Я как ИП обращался сюда, мне нужно было моему бухгалтеру оказать профессиональную помощь и консультацию, а в "Арбитре" есть такая услуга, как консультация бухгалтера по нулевой отчетности и пр. Вот и воспользовались, специалист отличный попался, все что нужно рассказал.

Создавали СРО строителей. Обратились к Арбитру за помощью по настоятельной рекомендации одного из участников. Не пожалели, ребята сделали все четко, лишний раз не дергали никого. Так скажем, оформление "под ключ".
