Оплатил заранее одну ночь в отеле Арбат в Москве в конце августа 2023 года. Оплатил через приложение на их сайте. Когда я приехал в отель, администратор сказала, что мне не могут дать номер, потому что у меня нет не знаю какого документа (я не состояла на учете в полиции). Я спросил ее, если они не смогут предоставить мне комнату, то вернут деньги, которые я заплатил. Мне сказали не делать этого. Они сохранили мои деньги и не предоставили мне номер в отеле. Они украли мои деньги, оскорбили меня и грубо обошлись со мной. Избегайте этого отеля, если не хотите иметь проблем. Они негодяи. Невероятно, что нечто подобное происходит в центре Москвы. I paid in advance for one night at the Arbat Hotel in Moscow at the end of August 2023. I paid through the application on their website. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist said that they couldn't give me a room because I didn't have I don't know what document (I hadn't registered with the police). I asked her if they couldn't give me a room then they would refund the money I paid. I was told not to. They kept my money and didn't give me a room at the hotel. They stole my money and they insulted me and treated me rudely. Avoid this hotel if you don't want to have problems. They are scoundrels. It´s incredible that something like this is happening in the center of Moscow.
