27.03 в 10.00 мыла машину на автоматической мойке. При самой мойке было заметно что пены значительно меньше чем обычно. Машина не была грязной. Просто в пыли. Ииии результат такой что машина получилась вся в разводах даже на багажнике как были следы от пальцев так и остались. Стекло тоже как было в пыли так и осталось. На мою просьбу включить мойку еще раз и перемыть мне отказали со словами чоо вы хотели это автоматическая мойка хотите качественно то надо в ручную.... все бы хорошо и я бы поверила если не одно но..... я уже больше года мою там периодически машину и в автомате и вручную никогда проблем не было. Машина с автомата выходила чистая. Очень растроена. Ответная реакция администратора удивила. Надеюсь руководство примет меры. Жаль фото нельзя прикрепить чтобы понятнее было чем я так не довольна
