Сделал заказ через сайт. Сделал в пятницу вечером. Пришло сообщение на почту, что в течение дня со мной свяжется сотрудник. В субботу никто не позвонил, я сам позвонил по телефону, который нашёл по 2Гис, потому что телефон указанный на сайте не работал. Сказали, что на выходных по заказам не работают и заказ можно забрать в понедельник, но если нужно срочно то может забрать непосредственно в той аптеке, где изготавливают, а моем случае на Бульваре Дмит. Донского. Я позвонил туда (номер тоже узнал в 2гис - других вариантов не было), мне сказали, что так будет быстрее я могу там забрать, и и тогда я сказал, что заберу у них, и отправлять на Профсоюзную не надо - по телефону уверили, что доставку не будут делать на Профсоюзную. В понедельник я из-за работы не смог заехать. А на вторник была запись на процедуры, жена с ребенком поехала на такси, чтобы забрать заказ и оттуда сразу поехать на процедуры, а там сказали, что заказ отвезли на Профсоюзную. На процедуры не смогли попасть и зря прокатались на такси. Все-таки гос.учреждения ещё не научились у нас работать. Было бы где ещё сделать, то скорее всего заказал бы у конкурентов.
