Фармацевт Балашова Светлана Алексеевна отказалась продать иньекционный шприц 1 шт. мотивировав тем, что "Не велено. Руководством не велено продавать по 1 шт. Минимально их можно купить только 5 шт. Меньше не продадим. Так или никак" Затем было предложено купить упаковку 100 шт. Но нашлась так же и упаковка 10 шт. У вас что за беспредел в аптеке? Вы там в своём уме? Какого хрена вы заставляете покупателя оплачивать большее количество товара, чем нужно? Это у вас видимо постоянная практика "повышать чек" Однозначно требуется проверка этого заведения прокуратурой и роспотребнадзором.

Молодой персонал аптеки оставляет желать лучшего. Грубый тон и не желание помочь посетителю, который, замечу, приходит в болезненном состоянии, не исправим. Отказывают в помощи. Например, на днях попросила дать «грудной сбор» в пакетиках, но попросили назвать еще и номер 1,2,3, или 4. Номера я не знаю, на этом все и встало, никаких предложений и разъяснений не последовало. в конце концов, попросила дать то, что есть. Принесли,но сделано с таким видом недовольства, что виноват только ты, что вооб ще зашел в эту аптеку. Моя семья постоянные клиенты этой аптеки, но почему-то здесь недовольны всем. – показать
