В аптеке на ул. Лобачевского 98,к.1 обманывают покупателей. Просишь одно лекарство, в пакет кладут другое. Приносишь им обратно,но лжефармацевты прикрываются законом, что лекарственные препараты обмену и возврату не подлежат. За последние 3 месяца 4 случая лично у меня. По опросам жителей района, не со мной одной такое происходит.

Если у вас действительно были такие курьезные случаи, вы можете в любое время обратится к Директору данной аптеки или позвонить на горячую Линию Аптечной сети «Ригла» и рассказать о проблеме, которая случилась с вами, у нас постоянно идет Видеосъемка и Аудиопрослушивание, могли принести чек и обратится, опять же, к директору аптеки, Вам обязательно ответили бы на любые ваши притензии со стороны аптеки. В Нашем колективе работают Дипломированые и сертифицированные специалисты , никаких «Лжефармацевтов» не существует. Мы работаем честно и открыто.
