Крайне отвратительная контора! Пыталась заказать через интернет противовирусный препарат, имея на руках рецепт со всеми печатями. В итоге их "служба поддержки" ответила мне, что (цитирую дословно!) "Эту бумагу возможно только прикрепить на лоб врачу, который вам ее выдал". Далее последовала неприятная переписка, в результате чего мой адрес был заблокирован и доступ к сайту закрыт. В условиях, когда люди с боем прорываются к врачу, а из-за нехватки специалистов прием ведут студенты медвузов, когда в аптеках нет лекарств, а в ковидариях уже нет мест, вот такие уроды сидят на жизненно необходимых людям препаратах своим задом и отказывают в продаже, да ещё и пишут издевательские письма! Буду обращаться в Роспотребнадзор и прокуратуру! А если и эти структуры не накажут данную организацию, значит закон бумеранга сработает как-то иначе. Не связывайтесь с ними никогда! P.S. Заявление в Прокуратуру Пресненского района г. Москвы подано. А мой эмоциональный ответ отчаявшегося, а не "сумасшедшего" (вы меня продолжаете оскорблять?), человека вполне понятен, в отличие от вашего издевательского и хамского отношения. И ведь не стыдно вам совершенно.

Не первый раз заказываю в этой аптеке. Обслуживание отличное, мне нравится. Мой заказ #44474 от 2020-04-26 отправили быстро, всё отслеживалось, оплатила вперед, хотя и сумма была большая, так как ранее тоже оплачивала и всё во время приходило. Всегда довольна, спасибо коллективу аптеки!
