Впервые сталкиваюсь с тем, что в аптеке пробивают лекарство не спрашивая форму препарата. Приобретая пантенол, мне пробили спрей. На просьбу поменять спрей на мазь мне ответили, что ничего вернуть нельзя. Товар пробит. Значит мы за свои деньги должны покупать то, что пихнут фармацевты?

То что было в аптеке на данный момент , то и отпустили.Разницы в принципе действия нет. Спреем даже удобнее.И у Вас было время посмотреть перед покупкой , что Вам дают.

Все, что я покупала складывалось за окошком в пакет и выдали после пробивание чека. Мне нужна была МАЗЬ!!!!

Аптека с безобразным сервисом! Уверили по телефону, что препарат есть в наличии. Потратил пол дня, чтобы до них доехать, но на самом деле просто обманули! Не верьте им и специально за препаратом не идите - ЗРЯ потратите время и нервы!
