Намыленная вежливость Достоинства: В аптеке есть маленький стульчик, чтобы присесть. Недостатки: В данном случае виноваты, но даже не извинились. Купили вакцину от гриппа, провизор сказала что храним в холодильнике. Приходим колоть к доктору, а оказывается неправильно хранили. Нужно в термосе с хладогеном от минус 2 до 8 градусов. Лучше бы я эти деньги отдала нуждающимся, а не Аптеке "Леда". Потеряла 555 грн., это не мало. Обратилась в аптеку за книгой жалоб, в чем мне было отказано и заведующей сказали нет. Просто супер отношение к покупателям. Очень бы хотелось чтобы их проверили, я думаю что это не одно нарушение.

Снова врут о наличии лекарств! Достоинства: Рядом с домом Недостатки: Наглые сотрудники 24.08.2019г. в 15.30, М. Жукова 10, Сказали что Парацетамол-Дарница отсутствует, снова навязывали собственное производство! Продали только после скандала когда я заказал его через интернет! Ни выздоравливайте, ни досвидания... спасибо хоть не послали!
