пункт 2665.6 мая.отвратительное поведение кассира в косынке,которая нетерпима к клинтам и явно не хочет работать.хамство и предвзятое отношение.кроме этого слишком часто выставляет табличку "технический перерыв",в отличии от других продавцов.рядом есть аптека ригла ,там всегда есть скидки и самые приветливые продавцы в районе.

Спасибо за обратную связь. Проведём дополнительную работу с персоналом. В случае выявления со стороны фармацевта некорректных действий к нему будут применены меры административного наказания в соответствии с внутренним регламентом Компании.

Сделала срочный заказ (№ 750-385139082) в 17 час. на лекарства ребенку через Интернет, обещали привезти в интервале с 19 до 20 час. В 20:00 - тишина. Набираю, оператор Валерия сообщает, что не нашли курьера для моего заказа, ищут, доставка задерживается на полтора часа. Уточняю - точно ли найдут курьера - да, мол, найдут. Жду. В 21 час звоню - выясняется, что курьера не нашли и не найдут. Спрашиваю, не желает ли уважаемая Валерия принести хотя бы извинения от лица компании - в ответ тишина))))))) Товарищи, это же аптека, лекарства могут быть жизненно необходимы в срок! Я потеряла 4 часа времени, могла бы заказать в другом месте. Отвратительный сервис. Не советую связываться.

Спасибо за обратную связь. Заказы со склада имеют свою специфику - много наименований, разные поставщики, и в случае отсутствия у поставщиков нужного товара информация приходит с опозданием.
