Раньше аптека по дисконтным картам делала скидку, а сейчас идет накопительная скидка. Произошла смена владельца аптеки и фармацевтов. Стало хуже, например вместо 4 фармацевтов, работало 1 человек, я стояла в очереди 50мин., а ноги больные.

08 октября 2018 г. через интернет-магазин «apteka.ru» я заказал тест-полоски для глюкометра и выбрал для получения заказа аптеку «Бертан» на ул. Булатниковской, 7к1. 09 октября в 17.05 мне пришло СМС о том, что заказ доставлен. Около 18.00 я прибыл в аптеку на Булатниковской. Но мне там в выдаче заказа отказали, ничего внятно не объясняя. Я неоднократно дозванивался до Аптеки.ру с просьбой разобраться в ситуации, но там обещали передать информацию «региональному менеджеру» и на этом все заканчив алось. По форме обратной связи в личном кабинете, 11 октября мне пришло сообщение от менеджера, что, якобы, я свой заказ уже выкупил и забрал. Но я даже не был больше в этой аптеке и заказ не забирал. Таким образом, мой заказ оказался украден. Таким образом, своровав мой заказ, аптека лишила меня на несколько дней возможности контролировать сахар в крови. Это мерзко! – показать

В этой аптеке очень высокий уровень обслуживания, работают грамотные фармацевты, которые всегда могут дать квалифицированный совет. Давно не встречала такой дисциплины, как была во времена моей молодости, когда каждому человеку в белом халате можно было доверять безоговорочно. Вот здесь руководство аптеки, очевидно, стремится именно к такому отношению к пациентам. Благодарю!
