Работа менеджеров очень сильно огорчило. Звонила, девушка спокойно связалась с аптекой, спокойно забронировала препарат который мне нужен. На этой ноте все хорошо закончилось. Через час я перезвонила с просьбой перенести бронь на другой день. Менеджер Роза ответила что моей брони нет и ни куда звонить она не собирается. На просьбу разобраться в ситуации сказала что ничем помоч не может. Отвечала грубо и не профессионально. Остался очень негативный осадок. Больше в эту аптеку обращаться не буду и ни кому из своих знакомых не порекомендую. – показать
