Замечательный магазин, удобное расположение стеллажей и холодильников, всегда чисто, товар хорошего качества, цены радуют, много акций и скидок, персонал адекватный, работают быстро

Охрана в магазине ужасная! Потребовали показать сумку и обвиняли думая что я воровка, хотя подозрений никаких не вызывала . И сотрудники ужасные, предоставляю паспорт и они мне утверждают что это не мой документ. Настроение испорчено не, никогда больше туда не пойду!

На кассах сидят хабалистые бабы,иначе не назвать..Баркова Светлана- кассир магазина «Магнит» позволяет себе не допустимо высказываться и вести себя по отношению к посетителям магазина, ещё и в присутствии «директора» данного заведения!Руководствуясь статьей кодекса «О защите прав потребителей»,любой клиент, которого обязаны обслужить,имеет право требовать об увольнении сотрудника, за причинённый моральный ущерб: откровенное хамство,отказ от обслуживания потребителя и некорректное поведени е со стороны персонала!Инструктажи,как необходимо вести себя на своём рабочем месте и воспитательные беседы с сотрудниками никто не проводит,судя по всему!Следовательно руководство магазина «Магнит»,располагающегося на ферганском проезде, халатно относится к клиентам и репутации организации.Прошу рассмотреть данный вопрос и дать рабочие места адекватным людям, а подобное недоразумение отправить обратно в свои родные края-в село, баранам хвосты крутить и на рынке бюстгальтеры продавать. – показать
