АПТЕКА ЗАКРЫВАЕТЬСЯ НЕ ПЕРВЫЙ РАЗ ПО СЕРЕДИНЕ ДНЯ

Спасибо за обратную связь. В АП №204, Лиговский пр-т, д. 271 отсутствует штат. На данный момент АП работает с помощью подработчиков и ЗАП. Режим работы АП в феврале определен приблизительно: Будни - 10.00-22.00 Сб, вс. - выходной. Также выходные дни: 01.02, 02.02, 08.02, 14.02, 18.02 Режим может быть изменён при появлении подработчиков. Приносим свои извинения за причиненные неудобства.

3 раза пытался попасть в эту аптеку, ТК живу в этом доме и 3 раза в рабочее время она была закрыта. Вчера в 18:35, сегодня в 10:50 в прошлый раз в 15 часов. Никаких объявлений при этом не висит. Хотя бы график поменяли а то написано работает с 10-22 но это не соответствует действительности.

Отвратительная аптека, один продавец не продала препарат по правильно заполенному рецепту, второй продавец вечно собирает очередь из пустой аптеки, чтобы списать свои балы нужно дождаться звонка, в этот момент собирается толпа людей, когда уже закроется

Не аптека, а сплошное недоразумение. Вовремя не открывается(постоянно!) какие то технические перерывы среди дня! У фармацевта свободное посещение?? Нормализуйте работу в конце концов!

Спасибо за обратную связь. Проведём дополнительную работу с персоналом. В случае выявления со стороны фармацевта некорректных действий к нему будут применены меры административного наказания в соответствии с внутренним регламентом Компании.
