Понравился широкий ассортимент лекарств для глаз (нужно было после операции). Четверку поставил за длительное оформление заказа по телефону: оператор каждый раз проговаривал название лекарства полностью, включая производителя, дозировку, количество таблеток и мг раствора. Каждое лекарство из шести он произнес не менее пяти раз во время разговора. Я понимаю что это регламент, но хотелось застрелиться 🔫
