Минус в этой аптек все, кроме вежливого колл-центра. Заказ (#8069251) был сразу заявлен на указанный на сайте приложения интервал 9.00-15.00, в примечании "для курьера" сразу было указано: Позвонить при выезде и от подъезда, т.к. домофон не всегда срабатывает". В 15.10, не дождавшись звонков от курьера, позвонила по присланному его телефону. Мне хамским тоном сказали ждать ещё час. В 16.10, не получив ничего - ни заказа, ни звонка, позвонила в колл-центр (внимание! в приложении нет никакой информации об обратной связи!!!). Там ещё раз связались с курьером - и предложили подождать ещё час. Заказ я отменила и больше НИКОГДА ничего не закажу в этом отвратительном месте. И другим не советую.

Казалось бы, что ребенок болеет не часто, но несколько раз в месяц все равно приходится заходить за лекарствами. Нравятся цены, они реально ниже чем в других аптеках, пенсионерам и студентам это тем более важно. Даже нашлись таблетки, которые выписал проктолог, в других аптеках найти не мог. Удобный график работы, прихожу после работы без спешки и покупаю. Фармацевты озвучивают даже как применять, спасибо)

Хорошая интернет-аптека, где можно купить много различных медикаментов за адекватную цену. Заказываю у вас на сайте давно. Очень удобно и ни надо никуда ходить. Доставка быстрая и без опозданий.
