Удался ли ремонт? Не смешите. Я месяц жду замены моих Apple Watch на новые, при этом компания каждый день кормит меня "завтраками" на тему: "Вот-вот привезут! Вот сегодня поставка со склада! Точно придут!". И ни черта в итоге не привозят. Отвратительное качество обслуживания. Не советую обращаться.

Отвратительный сервисный центр,если обращаться по гарантии.За замену устройства запрашивали 5тысяч рублей,чтобы привезли аппарат почтой России ...В моем случае дефект не подтвердился и мне сделали обновление программного обеспечения.Это стандартная процедура для всех производителей.Но каково было моё удивление,когда ,не согласовав со мной ,что это будет ПЛАТНО...меня этой новостью обрадовали при выдаче моего iPhone 6s.Нет записи звонков ,то есть они не могут даже ничего доказать ,если входят в спор с клиентом.В итоге я ушла и не заплатила ,потому что один «инженер» вышел,махнув на меня рукой, сказал : « да пусть идёт ,но Вы(обращаясь ко мне) в компании Apple обслуживаться по гарантии больше никогда не будите .Но я работала в сфере гарантийного обслуживания и с этого просто посмеялась .Что же за гарантийное обслуживание,если за него требуют деньги )
