не советую ходить в эту столовку! Кассирша обманывает, кассовый чек не выдает! Спрашиваешь чек....говорит -"А зачем вам?" Что хотят, то и творят!!!

Здравствуйте, Павел! По Вашему отзыву проведена предварительная проверка. Кассовая зона столовой оборудована камерами видеонаблюдения и, поскольку Ваш отзыв оставлен 10.03.2020, нами были просмотрены все продажи за этот день. Случаев нарушения кассиром кассовой дисциплины не выявлено. Описанные Вами события, влекут дисциплинарную ответственность для сотрудника, вплоть до увольнения. А также являются нарушением требований законодательства. Мы допускаем вероятность того, что в силу невнимательности кассир мог не выдать чек, что безусловно тоже недопустимо, однако неудовлетворение Вашего законного и обоснованного требования о необходимости выдать чек покупателю - это уже серьезный проступок и по сути обвинение, которое несомненно заслуживает серьезного разбирательства, поскольку ставит под удар нашу работу. Так или иначе с сотрудниками проведена беседа о недопустимости подобных явлений. К Вам просьба - уточните пожалуйста дату описанных событий, так как хотелось бы понимать имел ли место данный случай в действительности, и разобраться в его природе, ведь это очень важно для работы предприятия. Надеемся на Ваши комментарии и уточнения. P.S. Огромная просьба ко всем посетителям, имеющим замечания, уточняйте дату и примерное время описываемых событий, с тем, чтобы мы имели возможность исправлять ошибки и реагировать на замечания. Если конечно у вас не стоит задача просто испортить рейтинг и отпугнуть гостей. Тут мы к сожалению бессильны... Спасибо за внимание! Ждем в гости )
