Сервис отвратительный, звоню на основной номер телефона в 18.00 постоянно занят... нашел дополнительный наверное хозяйки, подняла сказала что есть номер записала комнату премиум на мою фамилию. Приехал на такси к ним, поднялся на лифту на 7 этаж, время примерно 20.00 звоню в дверь никто не открывает, звоню на телефон занят попрежнему, звоню на второй телефон некто не поднимает, стою минут 10 звоню в звонок в двери полный игнор, начал стучать в двер, в итоге открывает как я понял девушка с ресепшена свя заспаная растрепанная, телефон на ресепшене просто снят что бы никто не дозвонился и не разбудил её величество... в шею таких работников нужно гнать, пусть дома спят а не на работе... Что касается номера, всё отлично тихо спокойно, убрано, за 4000р отлично. Но персонал самый худший они даже не звписали на меня номер по предворительному бронированию по звонку.

Хамское обслуживание на ресепшене. Завтрак никакой. Ужинов нет вообще. Ценник на проживание высокий.
