Компетентные и уникальные специалисты работают в этом институте, высокая скорость выполнения работ. Большая часть компьютерной техники современная, высокий уровень корпоративной культуры и заботы предприятия о своих сотрудниках. Особенное внимание уделяется развитию сотрудников, как молодых специалистов, так и уже опытных профессионалов. Рекомендую данную организацию как работодателя и как исполнителя работ.

Во ВНИИНП производство масел смазок и суспензий загубил зам.генерального директора по производству Карпухин А.К. Он просто пускал пыль в глаза про договора с Министерством обороны и Роскосмосом. Этот человек абсолютно не знает химию. Смазки и масла изготавливаются на старом лабораторном оборудовании. При Карпухине существовали проблемы с оборудованием и закупками сырья. Во время его неумелого руководства ассортимент смазок и масел сильно сократился. Можно сказать он бездействовал и пользовался старыми наработками. Карпухин гнобил и плохо относился к талантливым специалистам (например вынудил уволиться Позднякова), а бездельника Лагутина Б.А. который приходит на работу к 10 часам и уходит в 14 часов не трогал. Главный специалист Лагутин вообще ничем не занимается - смазочные материалы не производит и научными разработками не занимается. У Лагутина даже химического образования нет и ранее он никакого отношения к смазочным материалам не имел. Пенсионеру Лагутину Б.А. уже исполнилось 70 лет. Сейчас Карпухина А.К. перевели в Самару директором института (как и ВНИИНП тоже входит в структуру Роснефти). Как может человек абсолютно не знающий химию руководить химическим институтом и развивать его? Кому интересно - попробуйте поговорить с ним на тему катализа, кинетики химических реакций, химических и инструментальных методов анализа, и так далее. Карпухин настоящий аферист.
