Вышел из ТЦ и ... нет машины. На обычное место поставил, эвакуировали, будто бы на парковку для инвалидов. Полдня потерял и 7к. Не пускайте мусоров на территорию ТЦ или хотя бы предупреждение пишите около парковок, что могут эвакуировать.

Внешне очень красивый, внутри тоже приятно. Но все еще много пустого места. Добираться неудобно для тех, кто живет не рядом, особенно без машины. Наконец-то комплекс ожил. Последние года два началось неплохое движение. Наверное маркетолога крутого прикупили.

Мы арендовали помещение в данном торговом комплексе через субарендатора «профессионал менеджмент», через полгода они нашли более выгодного для себя арендатора,который предложил им большую сумму денег за аренду торгового помещения и они расторгли договор в одностороннем порядке при этом вопреки условий договора по данным момент не вернули обеспечительный платёж и По всей видимости без судебного вмешательства возвращать ничего не собираются, как стало известно что мы мы не первые с кем они так п оступают рекомендуем Вам ни в коем случае не связываться с данным субарендатором так как они не соблюдают никаких условий договора кроме того в самом торговом центре невыносимые условия торговли, так как протекает крыша швы заливает помещение торгового центра по всему периметру стоимость товара при этом не возмещаются ни кем, ужасный торговый центр, ужасные условия для торговли, ужасная администрация абсолютное отсутствие покупателей несоответствие заявленной арендной платой. – показать
