"Приятной" неожиданностью было приехать сегодня к закрытому отделению. Вчера проверила - на сайте график работы в праздничные дни, написано, что сегодня отделение работает. Дождалась 12 ночи, чтобы выписать пропуск, подняла мужа, чтобы довез, а не ехать лишний раз на метро. И - сюрприз. Учитывая общую обстановку с вирусом и 2 пропуска на неделю для выхода, было очень неприятно.

В банке обслуживаюсь несколько месяцев, работа происходит оперативно, персонал квалифицированный, вежливый, стараются вникнуть в суть вопроса и найти пути решения. В последний раз самые благоприятные впечатления оставила Ирина Вячеславна- компетентный, внимательный работник.
