Узнала о существовании этой организации благодаря тому, что со счета моего телефона были сняты деньги на оплату непонятного сертификата, который я якобы приобрела путем просмотра какой-то рекламы. Причем был указан адрес страницы, которую вообще не посещала. На мой вопрос о снятых деньгах и легальности снятия денег с телефонного счета было предложено оформить жалобу и ждать результата 10рабочих дней. Чувствую, что доооолгая история будет. Почему снимают деньги за 5мин, а ответ на жалобу ждать нужно 2 недели (причем не деньги, а ответ)?!!!!
