Заказала в этой компании кухню была очень довольна все было сделанно быстро и не дорого по качеству все было супер я очень довольна спасибо большое

Хамство и обман! Заказала кухню в декабре, оформили договор внесли предоплату. По договору на изготовление отводиться 35 рабочих дней, 25 января кухня должна была стоять у меня в квартире.. Но что-то пошло не так! Сначала звонили и обещали привезти и установить кухонный гарнитур каждые выходные, но никто не звонил и не приезжал. После очередного звонка с вопросом, когда мне привезут кухню. Пообещали в будни 13.02, мне пришлось взять выходной на работе.. но это было опрометчиво. Сначала обещали приехать после обеда, потом сказали что вообще не известно во сколько приедут т.к. я не одна кому надо привезти гарнитур. Ладно с горем пополам к 9 часам вечера привезли, только НИЗ! Пообещали остальное привезти на выходных и установить. И вот выходные, монтажники должны приехать в часов 12, но не все было так просто. Приехали они только к часам 4 вечера, поработали два часа при этом установили пару шкафов и сказали, что на сегодня все. На протяжение недели монтажники приезжали ещё 3 или 4 раза, и вроде бы достаточно времени что бы все собрать.. но нет! Работали по 2 часа в день, каждый раз выяснялось что что-то не так. То ручки не те, то барная нога на 10 см короче, стена у меня не ровная из-за этого не возможно установить шкафы 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ И множество других оправданий, которые я и не вспомню. Итог 1 марта 2020 года и моя кухня готова на половину. Директор с которым я изначально на связи -Дмитрий, игнорирует звонки, обещал на этих выходных все доделать, и опять же не судьба! Оставшуюся часть денег мы к сожалению внесли.
