"ЗДЕСЬ КЛИЕНТ ВСЕГДА НЕ ПРАВ" -это лозунг гостевого дома "У Анны" Мы заехали (2 чел.) в начале декабря 2019 на месяц, почему выбрали этот дом - 10000 + коммунальные услуги (5000 руб. депозит) это адекватная цена за те условия, которые нам предоставили. В день приезда оговаривалась НЕ сумма, а только что они нанимают уборщицу убрать квартиру и она должна раз в месяц придти и убрать нашу комнату, но никого не было в течении месяца, однако Анна выставила счет в 1500 руб за уборку ( хотя комната была нами убрана), она машинально со злостью отодвинула холодильник, там была вода от разморозки холодильника, открыла морозильную камеру ногтем соскребла снег и сказала, что ей такая уборка не нужна, она нанимает за 1500 руб профессиональную уборщицу. Следующий сюрприз был Отопление - 1200 руб, хотя за газ мы заплатили отдельно. Очень жаль, что мы с мужем не поняли, что с самого начала в их планы не входило отдавать нам остаток депозита, может быть более спокойно бы восприняли их алчность. Вообщем они нам выставили коммунальные за месяц 5865 руб, хотя мы уходили рано утром и возвращались уже к темноте. Хочу предостеречь всех нормальных людей, будьте осторожны снимая комнаты в гостевом доме "У Анны", это не только алчные и злые люди, но и обманьщики, хотя и улыбаются вам в лицо. Лучше обходите стороной этих людей (Анна и Григорий) - здоровее будете.

Отдыхаем в гостевом доме у Анны уже второй раз, первый раз в 2016. Все понравилось, мы снимали полноценную квартиру с кухней, все есть для проживания, чистота, что для меня являлось основой, уют, как будто дома у себя! Хозяева доброжелательные и приветливые люди. Вообщем мне все понравилось, хорошо отдохнули, приедем обязательно еще раз к Анне и Георгию!!!
