Очень негативный опыт получили при работе с этой компанией. Сделали комплексный заказ для оформления интерьера. Во-первых, обговоренные сроки НЕ соблюдены. На каждом этапе какая-то задержка и "уважительные причины". Но это ладно. В числе прочего был заказ на изготовление дизайнерских часов. Ничего сложного, просто дизайнерский рисунок. За эти часы нам выставили счет 2600 рублей. Оплатили. Часы опять же были изготовлены с опозданием. Повесили часы на стену. Проработали они две недели. отвалились стрелки. Привезли часы обратно на доработку. Но нам сказали, что мы с ними НЕПРАВИЛЬНО обращались))) вот такой абсурд. Как можно неправильно обращаться с часами, которые висят на стене? Я на протяжении 10 лет сотрудничал с различными компаниями по производству рекламы. Всякое бывало. И всегда договаривались и исправляли недоработки. А тут нагло послали) И качество и сервис очень сильно страдают в этой компании.

Уважаемый Дмитрий. Частичное выполнение заказа было сделано вовремя, задержка была только с часами по причине загруженности мастера. То, что стоимость Вы указали, мы наверное опустим. По проблеме с часами: при принятии товара комплектация была полная, стрелки держались, а при возврате отсутствовала заглушка, которая держала стрелки, новый механизм под эти стрелки стоит достаточно дорого, а отдельно такой детали в продаже к сожалению нет, поэтому мы заменили механизм на более простой, к несчастью со своими недостатками, но ни в коем случае не посылали Вас! В любом случае приносим свои извинения и надеемся на дальнейшее сотрудничество.
