Узнав о акции в вконтакте (СКИДКА %) % НА ПРОЖИВАНИЕ) я за подробностями обратилась к менеджеру Александру, позвонив по номеру 65-74-75, он пояснил, что по акции, проходящей во время каникул с 1-7 ноября включительно, действует скидка 50% на размещение- в тот же вечер, 15.10 я забронировала номер № 23 в гостевом доме№ 2 (на 3 дня, с 5.11) , по акции, размещенной в контакте. На след день я обратилась к Наталье Николаевне (директор), по тел 89834442***, она подтвердила бронь и объяснила где можно произвести оплату. 21 октября я связалась с менеджером, ответил снова Александр, я ему пояснила, что 5.10 меня не будет в городе и мы "убрали" бронь с этого числа. Было оговорено оплатить 3000 рублей в нк "Чердак". по итогу, акцию отменили, я должна была отдать полную стоимость... администрация не смогла ничего предпринять и решить вопрос, мы отказались от услуг других организаций.. и самое что смешное, что я от директора узхнаю, что бесплатные завтраки не входят в цену.. нужно доплачивать, в то же время менеджер Александр говорит обратное!
