Мы давно уже путешествуем и можем сами выбирать себе маршруты и отели сами. Но с Прибалтикой как то не приходилось сталкиваться , и тем более решили спонтанно прокатится по какому либо туру. Оставила заявку на сайте Anex Tour, с указанием желаемых дат и городов. Через 5 мин перезвонила девушка, имени не знаю, она не представилась (!). Далее долго описывать не буду, одно скажу, общение шло по типу одолжения. Не умение слушать и слышать клиента, было чувство, что этой девушке лень работать. Вкратце, я попросила предложить тур в средней ценовой нише отель 3* или 4* сумму указывать не стала, потому что не в курсе почем нынче Прибалтика, но от меня настойчиво требовалась именно эта информация, я ответила на много других вопросов, касающихся куда, сколько чел, когда и для чего, но вопросов было больше чем ответов, и все с каким то недовольством, я несколько раз дала понять, что мне неудобен такой подход, но меня не услышали. девушка работала не для клиента, а по типу не нравится ну и иди, собственно, что я и сделала, ушла к другому, более понимающему и умеющему работать агентству, благо и сейчас хватает на рынке. Рада, что сразу увидела лицо компании, так сказать. Агентства должны понимать, что просто заказать отель или купить билет на транспорт может уже, почти, любой турист самостоятельно. А вот подыскать интересный тур это работа агентства. Такой подход даже в "совке" был не приемлем, когда выбора и возможностей не было, но в наше время нужно учится работать с клиентом, который тебе за это деньги платит.
