Решили обратиться в Анекс из-за нехватки времени на самостоятельную подготовку и были уверены, что это облегчит нам весь процесс, однако мы остались крайне недовольны работой данного офиса (Анекс Аннино), итак: 1. Пропускают важную информацию от клиента мимо ушей касательно документов: смена фамилии и, соответственно, паспорта 2. Оформление виз через их агентство- 1000 раз пожалели: вместо недели визы оформляли месяц, никак не могли сориентироваться в собранном нами пакете документов, копию страниц сами сделать не могут... 3. Ответственность за свои действия/бездействия перекладывают друг на друга. Полный непрофессионализм- "она просто не знала", "ну, всякое бывает", "мне Вы ничего не передавали, это у нее надо спрашивать", "кто Вам такое сказал? я не говорила!" и т.д. 4. Договорились подвезти еще раз документы (они не забрали документы сразу, хотя мы уточняли точно ли они им не нужны?!), в заранее оговоренное время 10:00 утра, по итогу ждали сотрудника более 20 минут!!! 5. Пришлось ездить к ним в офис раз 5, т.к. они постоянно что-то путали 6. Документы по туру (авиабилеты, ваучер, страховка) не были отправлены на почту ни мне, ни мужу! После звонка в день вылета выяснилось, что они были отправлены другой паре и сейчас их компьютер не работает! Сотрудники Анекс Аннино, Вам необходимо пересмотреть свои принципы работы и начать работать более внимательно и организованно! Свою оценку их работе мы озвучили им сразу, а здесь пишу для того, чтобы ребята, которые вдруг решили обратиться сюда, подумали не один раз, нужна им эта нервотрепка?!
