Хороший сервис, опытный оператор, иногда предлагают бесплатное такси в аэропорт. Можно сказать, что нам всегда путешествия с этим агентством удавались. Все было хорошо. Но... последнее время нет ощущения, что ради тебя готовы потратить время и поискать на протяжении нескольких дней более дешёвый или горящий тур. Даже несмотря на то, что ты клиент со стажем. Поэтому сейчас услугами данного агентства не пользуемся. Либо ищем сами и приходим в ближайшее агентство, чтобы просто оформить, либо едем без посредников вовсе, сами все заказываем и выкупаем.

Автовокзал немноголюдный. На цокольном этаже с обратной стороны есть туалет. Это очень большой плюс.
