Спасибо большое компании Анекс тур, и в частности менеджеру Ткаченко Елене за хорошую организацию нашего отдыха! Ездили на Пхукет. Всё было супер! Единственный минус это отельный гид Фаиг, который хитрым способом пытался продать экскурсии в два раза дороже, говорил что если купим не у него - страховки действовать не будет. Когда написали ему по поводу обратного вылета общался не охотно, потому что ни одной экскурсии у него мы не купили. Но это не смогло омрачить наш отдых, жалко только 2 часа потерянного времени на встречи с ним. Ставлю пять балов благодаря Елене! Очень понравилось с ней работать. В следующий раз обязательно будем доверять Елене организовывать наш отдых! Еще раз огромное спасибо!!!

Пишу отзывы, если только очень хорошо или отвратительно плохо, на посредственность время тратить не хочется. Так вот это агентство тот случай, когда очень хорошо. Летели отдыхать большой семьей, когда и маленький ребёнок и родители в возрасте с нами. менеджер Елена Ткаченко учла пожелания и интересы всей большой компании, угодила всем и подобрала замечательный Отель, в котором было интересно и удобно. Ещё раз отдельно спасибо Елене, в следующий раз только к ней!
