Купили 3 билета в Тайланд с 5.02 по 16.02.2020. В агенстве подобрали нам отель jardin. Сказали, что отель будет неплохой,а так же посоветовали взять завтраки за 3000 рублей. Отель не принёс нам положительных эмоций. Во первых не было бассейна, как обычно во всех отелях он присутствует, во вторых в номере бегали иногда муравьи. Завтраки, которые посоветовали взять тоже не оправдали себя. Было всего 2 варианта на выбор, но каждый день одно и тоже. Жаренные яйца с жаренной колбасой - легкий завтрак с утра. И йогурт с молоком и хлопьями - молочный и кисло-молочный не сочетающиеся проДукты. Советуем завтраки не брать, а полакомиться тамошними фруктами на завтрак. Администратор или управляющая Виолетта, Даже слушать не хотела, когда попросили дружелюбно поменять жирно жаренные яйца на просто вареные, это даже проще будет и заморачиваться не надо. Ответила закатив глаза: не нравится - не ездили бы. Ездили на экскурсию под названием : чудная долина. Взяли ее, заплатив 3000рублей, потому что гид анекс тура Александр обещал, что там будет купания со слонами и можно будет погладить. В итоге что мы получили?! из всей несколько часовой экскурсии слоны были минут 30, даже не дали погладить. Опять обман. В общем предложенный тур данной организацией неочень понравился.

Хотели посетить с супругом данное турагентство в воскресенье в 17.30, приехали а офис закрыт, в режиме работы указано до 20.00. Позвонили по одному из мобильных телефонов, девушка сообщила, что у них укорочённый день, который судя по всему решили сделать сами себе.
