В 18:00 на работе никого, на звонки отвечает Татьяна, грубая и не умеет работать с людьми

В пятницу у нас сокращённый день. Менеджер ушла из офиса в 18.10. Оставив объявление на двери с контактным телефоном. Вы звонили неоднократно с требованиями принять заявление на аннуляцию тура, и вам посоветовали обратиться в своё агентство, с которым у вас заключён договор!!!

За качество поездки в Тунис (отель Royal Lido Resort & Spa, типа 4*). Просто невообразимо, что турагенство может отправлять людей в такие отели. Сложно вообще представить, что бывают такие адские отели с полным отсутствие сервиса, отсутствие полотенец по несколько дней, сломанным оборудованием в номерах (двери не закрываются, лейка душа тупо оторвана, горами мусора на территории, с такой отстойной кухней (в тюрьме я думаю лучше кормят, в том же Тунисе).

Наши менеджеры были не однократно в ознакомительных поездках в Тунисе и мы рекомендуем своим туристам только проверенные отели с хорошими рейтингами и рекомендациями!
