Отдыхали в этом году в мае первый раз в Турции, путевку покупали в январе - обратились в этот филиал анекса к менеджеру Ксении. Спасибо ей огромное! выслушала все пожелания для нас и ребенка в итоге подобрали отель который нас полностью устроил! Цена-качество идеально!

Отдыхали в Турции/Сиде летом. Пользовались турагентством Анекс Тур по рекомендации друзей. Отель у нас был Holiday City Hotel 3 звезды. В целом от отеля осталась неплохое впечатление. Качественная трешка. Понравилось почти все. Сервис в номерах был непонятный. Толи он был, толи нет. Территория отеля небольшая. Есть бассейн. Номер маленький, убирают его некачественно. Понять убирали номер или нет можно только по пустой корзине. С полотенцами отдельная история. Их заменяют постоянно по-разному. Сегодня к примеру, могут заменить одно полотенце, а другое оставить грязным на месте, а завтра могут забрать их все и не положить ни одного чистого. Вот так приходишь с пляжа и получается так, что нечем вытереться. Пляж находится далеко, если опустим идти пешком получиться где-то час, но зато сам пляж отличный. Присутствуют лежаки и зонтики совершено бесплатно. Питание не разнообразное, но по оценке отеля можно сразу это понять. Но несмотря на это еда вкусная. Лично у меня претензий к этому нет. Теперь, что касается персонала. Могу сказать хороший персонал, особенно управляющий. Он очень хорошо разговаривал на русском, чем много раз помогал, тем или иным советом.
