Отдыхали в ОАЭ.Всё было организовано слаженно, продуманно. В аэропорту встретили, развезли по отелям. В автобусе гид подробно объяснил правила пребывания в данной. стране. Также, на другой день, с нами встретился отельный гид. Были предложены различные виды экскурсий. Отдохнули чудесно! После отдыха, нас доставили в аэропорт в комфортабельном автобусе. Самолёт вылетел по расписанию. Но, из за погодных условий, в аэропорту Казани не разрешили посадку. Пришлось лететь до Нижнего Новгорода. Командир экипажа воздушного судна извинился перед пассажирами за доставленные неудобства и , попросил пройти в здание аэропорта. В аэропорту нас встретил представитель и попросил пройти в зал ожидания. Нас обеспечили горячим обедом, водой. Когда погода наладилась, посадили в воздушное судно и доставили в Казань. Всё понравилось, даже в сложных ситуациях, независимо от обстоятельств, наш отдых был камфортабельным. Рекомендую.

Ездили с подругой в Стамбул недавно. До этого искали туроператора подходящего именно нам. Я езжу заграницу не в первый раз и некоторые туроператоры либо не слышали мои пожелания либо элементарно нехотя отвечали... Мы проходили мимо этого турагентства случайно и зашли поговорить с менеджером. Очень понравилось обслуживание менеджера Алины, все подробно рассказывала по турам , по всем запросам угодила нам, отвечала на все вопросы 24/7 и была всегда на связи , даже когда мы были заграницей узнавала все ли у нас хорошо. Мы остались довольны и , думаю, в следующий раз обратимся к ней снова!)
