Про расположить к себе клиента тут не знают абсолютно, 10 минут общения можно уложить в одной фразе, "посмотрите в интернете", хотя это был бы самый компетентный совет от сотрудника

Самое ужасное обслуживание!!! Испорченное настроение гарантированно. Пришли с мужем чтоб проконсультироваться и приобрести в дальнейшем тур, в итоге убежали менее чем через 5 минут. Операторы заняты своими делами. Когда пришли, они пили чай, и были нам не рады. В итоге даже капли чая или воды не протёрли со стола. Так как мы нигде ранее не были, хотели выслушать предложение куда можно улететь,но турагенту нужно было сказать куда именно. Разве не турагент должен мне предложить и заинтересовать? Клиентоориентированость ноль!!! Им вообще на вас чихать!!! Попросила, чтоб предложенные варианты мне распечатали, чтоб потом дома с мужем ознакомиться и выбрать для нас самый лучший вариант, на что нам ответили отказом! Они не печатают, я должна все запомнить. Это было крайней точкой. При том, до этого мы уже были в 2 агентствах и везде нам были рады. Пожалуйста руководство, если вы хотите зарабатывать, вложитесь в обучение своего персонала.
