По адресу Люсиновская 62. В номере прилично. Если окна выходят к дороге - ночью шум машин мешает спать. В командировке туда не заселяйтесь - документы не дождетесь даже через 6 месяцев. Достоинства: близко к центру и не дорого.

Вежливости в общении у персонала ноль. Гости платные, об этом сообщается только при выезде гостя причем в грубой форме: «Куда пошли, я с вами не закончила», «вы что, первый раз в гостинице?». Как будто для всех очевиден ваш прайс на гостей. Какие услуги, мне интересно, оказываются за дополнительные 300 рублей? Мне сказали «безопасность», но в чем увеличение безопасности при оплате 300 рублей? Но я даже не против оплачивать выдуманные «услуги» проживания, вы попросите по-человечески, вежливо. Совок воплоти. За такие деньги проще снять хату на известном сайте посуточной аренды в соседнем доме. Там хоть не будет надзирателей на входе, не умеющих общаться с клиентами. И дизайн так себе. Стены в пошлой блестящей краске.

Комфортабельный отель, приличный и с демократичными ценами, по сравнению с другими отелями данного сегмента, ответственный, дружелюбный персонал, порадовали акции выходного дня, чай, кофе предлагается, неплохая кухня, расположенная на этаже, очень чисто везде, есть все для пребывания, тапочки, халаты(новые), чайник, посуда, средства личной гигиены. Порекомендую своим знакомым этот отель. Спасибо. 12 номер)
