Любимая клиника. Очень вежливый, грамотный и внимательный персонал, часто проводят акции на разные услуги, удобное расположение клиники, всегда чисто и уютно

Записалась на лазерную эпиляцию. Прождала 30 минут в зоне ожидания, далее специалист (Горяева Инна) забрала меня на сеанс, даже не принесла Извинения за ожидание. Процедуру проводить отказалась из-за противопоказаний, на вопрос о том, почему во время записи не проинформировали, специалист ответила, что это не Она и колл-центр сам виноват. На вопрос о том, что колл-центр тоже виноват в долгом ожидании? Специалист повышенным тоном ответила, что она меня к Себе на процедуру не записывала — все вопросы к администраторам.Не первый раз в вашем центре, с ТАКИМ хамством не сталкивалась. Больше не планирую посещать вашу клинику, следите за вежливостью вашего персонала. – показать

Была у Мордовиной Натальи Андреевны на диодной эпиляции.за 25 минут быстро и не качественно,пропуская зоны, обработали подмышечные впадины,голени и глубокое бикини. Не понятно,какой логикой пользуется Наталья Андреевна обрабатывая какие то места гелем,а какие то нет(переднюю часть голени обработали, а заднюю нет)Д.этого мне только бикини делали 30 мин…сложно посоветовать этого «специалиста»
