Я выставил свою квартиру на продажу самостоятельно на всех платных сайтах объявлений. Через некоторое время ко мне обратились эти негодяи из агентства «мечты сбываются» и сообщили что у них есть клиент уже с одобренной ипотекой! Готовы ли мы рассмотреть вариант продажи квартиры через ипотечников? Мы сказали нет проблем, у нас юридически чистая квартира и продаётся по самой низкой рыночной цене на сегодняшний день. После чего нам предложили, хоть мы и не просили, дать аванс чтобы мы сняли объявление с продажи и ждали пока не будет собран весь комплект документов и банк будет согласовывать. В итоге: по истечении 2-х месяцев потерянного времени мне звонят эти подлецы и требуют обратно залог, в связи с тем что их клиенту Банк одобрил не полную сумму 3700, а 3300 или 3400 с их слов и их клиенты не могут купить нашу квартиру. Я им сообщил что залог и даётся для того, чтобы подтвердить свои серьёзные намерения и я как собственник вынужден отказывать всем в ожидании залогодателя, а если вы не просчитали свои риски или у вас не хватает денег-это не мои проблемы, а ваши. В общем, продолжают назойливо звонить и требовать обратно залог. Подлецы и негодяи. При том, что я сразу не хотел брать залог и меня просто вынудили с просьбой снять квартиру с продажи взять залог. НИКОГДА НЕ ОБРАЩАЙТЕСЬ К ЭТИМ ПОДЛЕЦАМ. Они не отвечают за свои слова и не умеют работать. С этим горе агентством вы только потратите своё драгоценное время и нервы.
